Notes:
Confirmado, el ph alto produjo sabor amargo terroso. Aún desconozco por qué subió tanto el ph pero es definitivamente un factor a considerar para el futuro.

Todo mal, creo que el ph alto que registré durante el macerado (aún no se que fue lo que lo subió tanto, quizás el agua) se tradujo en una astringencia que raya con el sabor terroso detectado antes.
20 litros serán mi carga por unas semanas. Atención al Ph!!!!!!!!!

Notes:
Color dorado, translúcida pero algo turbia. Aroma frutal (platano). Poca retención de espuma.
En boca, suave y ligera. Amargor un poco fuerte, leve sabor maltoso y termina en un desagradable sabor terroso que espero sea falta de maduración.
