First time lager made with totally un-lager ingredients. We shall see. Very quick turnaround for a lager, grain to glass in 4-6 weeks. Ended up being a really clear, fruity, citrus type lager well liked by all that tried it. The extra malt tastes from the marris otter really worked well with the Amarillo. Well worth doing.
