Mash 8 hours. Grain in @ 55 C 20 mins. then @ 60C 1/2 hr
2.
7 hrs @ 70C then to 77C for sparging with water at 77C
3.
Sugars, gypsum and citric acid added just before boiling point
4.
First hops in at boiling
5.
Irish Moss added for last 10 mins. of boil plus wort chiller
6.
Flame out - last hops in,spices in muslin bag 1tsp orage extract
7.
Left to stand for 10 mins
8.
Wort Chiller brought temp to 22C in 20 mins
9.
Yeast pitched at 22C - SG 1.70
10.
48 hrs later SG 1.45
11.
Dry Hopped in straining bag at racking SG1.
