1.Mash grains at 154 degrees for 60 minutes
2.Bring to a boil add Dry Malt Extract and follow Hop Schedule for the 90 minute boil.
3.Chill to 68 degrees pitch yeast, and ferment to completion
4.Rack to secondary, dry hop and hold for 10 days.
