Mixed fermentation saison fermented on a yeast cake from a previous saison which included WL American Farmhouse, Sacch Trois, and HF bottle dregs. Leave in primary for two months and then rack to secondary atop wine-soaked oak cubes. Leave for 1-2 months. Then rack again onto flavoring (fruit and/or dry hops) for a couple weeks. Then bottle or keg.
