Heat Mash water to 168F
2.
Add Grain and stabilize mash at 161F
3.
Add 1.8 TSP Alpha Amalyze to mash
4.
Mash all Grain for 60-70 mins
5.
Sparge with water at 171F (Use Brew Sessions to calc)
6.
collect 6.5 Gallons of Wort in boil pot
7.
Boil for 60 mins
8.
Follow Hopping Schedule above
9.
Add whirlfloc tablet 10 mins before boil
10.
Chill wort down to 70-68F
11.
Transfer to fermenter
12.
Aerate with Pump for 5 minutes
13.
Pitch yeast
14.
Follow Dry Hopping schedule after FG reaches 1.016 or lower
