Special Instructions

1.
place Strawberries in muslim bag, then place in the primary.
2.
In seperate bucket mix Sugar, Honey, Pineapple Juice, Pectic Enzyme.
3.
Pour it into Primary over the berries, then let it rest for 12 to 36 hours.
4.
Pitch Yeast, add 1.5 teaspoon of DAP and K
5.
After 24 hours add last of the DAP and K
6.
Aerate Day 0,2,4,6,8 or atleast every other day until you get to 1010
7.
once you get to 1010 add Super-Kleer after racking to secondary.
8.
Now is time to bottle into 2 liter bottles and put in freezer.
9.
After 24 hours start letting them drain.
10.
Repeat to your taste, or to the point it does not freeze anymore.
