Notes:

Turned out fine. Nice bready malt coming through in flavor and nose. Relatively clean but there is a citric quality, almost a tart lemony flavor. Also some apple and grape candy flavors coming through. I think this derived from fermentation? Not cloying but I'd prefer it not be there. Perhaps try different yeast strain/pitch rate/fermentation temp next time.
