Probably very low in calories. \n\nNOTES: Fermented at room temperature (74F) for two to three weeks. Temperature got up to 78F during fermentation. Tastes ok but no apple flavor. There is some sort of a fruity flavor, but overall it\u0027s a disappointment because of the lack of apple flavor. I guess perhaps time will tell.
