I tried this one last winter, and am curious how it turned out for you. I’m not sure if mine was wonky or if it turned out as expected. Mine was not very carbonated for several weeks, but improved over time with more time in the bottle. It was also very sweet and had a strong banana flavor to it (isoamyl acetate?).
