how did this one turn out with the Mosaic? Looks like you have been a busy brewer. I need to get going on a batch here soon. Any suggestions??

I was hoping to keep some of this around to compare with Founder's new brew "Mosaic Promise". They apparently use Golen Promise as their base malt. Personally, I liked the Citra SMaSH a little better and have brewed my Citra "Prince of Dust" 2x. I really like my Scottish Ale "Bad Axe" and the Dales Pale Clone. Next up for me (9/13) is the "Bitter Baby" ESB that I cloned from Johnnybrewhahaha, then the Brownstown Nut, then Last Train 2TC. I'm trying to balance my inventory!
