Special Instructions

Halve, deseed, and roast butternut squash for 35 minutes at 450F

Scoop out butternut squash and add to grains to mash for 60 minutes at around 160F

Boil with extracts for 60 minutes, adding hops at given times, adding Irish moss at 15 minutes, and adding spices at 10 minutes.

Cool to 90F and pitch yeast to 5 gallons of wort.
