Notes:

This brew was a little harsh when kegged, however four weeks later and a few days in the fridge to chill it down and pushed through the filter it has settled to quite a mellow chocolate stout.I am very pleased with this brew and next time I might lower the amount of Roast Barley to lighten the colour a little but this is a great brew.
