Dude! I wouldn't call this a Bells 2H clone anymore! You ramped up the bitterness and it will be a lot darker! More of a heavy Centennial IPA. Can't wait to try it!
8 years agomy tasting notes for posterity sake: mild caramel flavor, strong centennial/bells aftertaste (not sure how to describe???). Doesn't have the "alcohol" aroma and flavor my centennial IPA had even though it's a stronger IPA overall.
