Anton paar measurment OE 11.00 RDF 73.27% Alcohol 5.17% Er 3.07% Real extract Ea 1.18% apparent extract Color 12.57EBC PH 4.42 11.5 g yeast used (full pack), only half req Mashing 5l @ 80C Malt in -> 70C 0.6 l -> 68C After 1h in cool box -> 67C Sparging water @70C
