Special Instructions

1.
Heat up 2 Lts. of water at 75c Add grain and maintain temperture at 65c
2.
Mash out at 75c for 2 minutes
3.
Sporge twice 4 Lts.
4.
Resulted volume 5 Lts to boil for 60 minutes
5.
Activate 3 gr. of yeast at 35c for 15 minutes
6.
Added wort in fermenter pitch in yeast
7.
Wait 2 weeks
8.
Add 20 gr. of honey for priming
9.
Racking
10.
Conditioning: 2 weeks
11.
Have fun!

Tasted beer before conditioning and tasted sweet, no vinegar // 1st week of conditioning open 1 bottle and had vinegar taste (possible contamination) // 2nd week of conditioning vinegar tasted almost disappear
