All Grain homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Vienna - US, Pilsen - UK, Flaked Corn - US, Crystal 60L - CA, Mt. Hood Hops, Wyeast Bohemian Lager 2124 Homebrew Yeast, Cool wort to 56 F and aerate. Pitch at same. Initial fermentation then lager 2 months at 40 F Homebrew Yeast.

1.Do initial mash 164 premash temp for 152 F for 60 mins and do Mash Out
2.Draw Sparge Water 5.4 gallons @ 175 F & Transfer to liquor
3.Release Draffy wort into container and slowly pour back in using side of tun
4.Simultaneously slowly run wort into smaller container and repeat until wort is clear
5.Sparge using 3 tier system liquor top, mash tun middle, brew kettle bottom
6.Use dispersing device on liquor outflow to gently disperse water onto grain bed...try to get same outflow as inflow from liquor
