Everything super smooth on brew day. Going steady after only 8hr. Very clean and smooth at kegging. Minimum bitterness, smells like pineapple. A lingering bitterness is in there too, maybe that will smooth out. The bitterness mellowed out. It's too one note, maybe single hop IPL is not a great idea, at least with this hop.
