No crystal malts, lower mash temp Pitch - M 7/4 End Temp - R 7/7 Dry Hop - S 7/9 Swirl - M 7/11 Cold Crash - M 7/11 Keg - T 7/12 Tap - W 7/13 OG: 9.4 FG: Everything super smooth on brew day. Going steady after only 8hr. Very clean and smooth at kegging. Minimum bitterness, smells like pineapple. A lingering bitterness is in there too, maybe that will smooth out. The bitterness mellowed out. It's too one note, maybe single hop IPL is not a great idea, at least with this hop.
