Notes:
Appearance – earthy brown color; foamy off-white head.
Smell – sweet malts and light banana; no hop aroma.
Taste – Not what I was going for, but surprisingly good. No off-flavors detected. Immediately get the expected wheat/banana flavors, but then fades away to a clean mild-roast leaving nothing behind.
Mouthfeel – Light and well carbonated.
Overall - Drinkable. I've adjusted this recipe to get closer to the style, but might incorporate lessons from this brew into other recipes.
