I cool the wort in tubs with rainwater, takes about 3 hrs. this will add extra bitternes and hop aroma

4th version of this beer, tweaking and tuning the recipe. I'm very happy with this one. An easy drinking beer, with enough hop flavour as a result of late addition of Hallertau and Citra
