Notes:

just about all the grapefruit flavor has dissipated. It's now a solid IPA. Smooth caramel start with dry finish. There is a hint of citrus aroma and flavor, but not anymore than a typical IPA which uses this recipe's hops bill.

Notes:

6.4 ABV : tasted a sample as bottled. Very cloudy still, nice citrus flavors come through but not a shandy by any means. Definitely a dryer, not overly-bittered IPA, but the addition of grapefruit adds just a bit of aroma without overpowering. Will need at least 3 weeks of bottle conditioning to clear up and balance out to get a final judgment.

Notes:

Grapefruit and dry hops added. Fg at 1.004. great tasting ipa even without the grapefruit or dry hop.
