Special Instructions

1.
Mash grains for 60 mins @ 67°C
2.
Remove grains and top up with water to 15L
3.
60 min boil w/ 3 hop additions, yeast nutrient and whirlfloc
4.
Quikly cool by topping up with 8kg of sanitary ice to 18.5L
5.
Whirlpool then settle for 20 mins
6.
Transfer to fermenter and aerate for 15 mins
7.
Ferment at 12°C for 10 days
8.
D-rest 3 days at ??
9.
Lager to 1°C for 4 weeks
10.
Bottle, prime and condition at 12°C for 4 weeks
