Mash at 148 degrees 60 to 90 minutes and then batch sparge

Made yeast starter 2 day prior to brew day

after primary fermentation then move to secondary and dry hop for 5 days

Notes:

Need to add more priming sugar next time to improver head. Will improve with longer bottle conditioning. Some light notes of banana and a hint of sour aftertaste. Decent nose. Definite yeast flavor. Like it.

Notes:

light citrus with good yeast finish. It should improve with time in bottle. I will be brewing this again.
