Special Instructions

1.
Steep specialty grains at 150F for 30 min. in 4 gallons spring water.
2.
Rinse with remaining 2.5 gallons of spring water.
3.
Bring to boil. Add 1 oz. Hallertau bittering hops. 60 min.
4.
Add 1 oz Hallertau aroma hops at 10 min.
5.
Cool to 70F to pitch Safale US-05 yeast.
6.
Ferment, preferably at 70F for 7-10 days. Check specific gravity.
7.
Move to secondary fermentation for 7-10 days or until activity slows. FG of 1.011
8.
Move to bottling bucket and add priming sugar. Bottle condition for 14 days.
