Special Instructions

1.
Heat 21 qts water to to calculated temperature to bring mash to 148F. Rest for 1 hour.
2.
Heat 13.7 qts water to 168 and keep in hot liquor tank.
3.
After 1 hour mash time. Fly sparge into boil kettle. 45 minutes.
4.
Boil wort and add hops as per schedule
