Mashed in with 2 gallons of H20 at 170 w/ 1/2 tbs of gypsum (5:37)

Got 2 gallons of sparge water ready to 175 F and 1/2 tbs of gypsum

Used 1 gallon of sparge water and got a preboil volume of 2.5 gallons
4.
Add 1/3 a cinnomon stick at 60 min left in boil
5.
Add 1g of bitter orange peel, 5 grams of coriander seeds uncrushed, and 1/3 a stick of cinnamon at 15 min left.
6.
Bottled with 70 grams of table sugar and 12 oz of water... got 17 bottles
