Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains until temp reaches 170F
2.
Bring to Boil - Add DME
3.
Add LME @ 45 mins
4.
Put Chiller in Wort @ 15 mins
5.
1/2 tsp. Yeast Nutrient added to boil 15 mins
6.
Add 1/2 tab Whirl-Floc @ 5 mins
7.
Split the Flameout Hops in half and use 1/2 for flameout and the remainder for Hop Stand when
8.
Chill and rack wort to fermenter
9.
Hydrate yeast in 8oz water 95-105F for 15 mins
10.
Take OG reading of wort
11.
Aerate wort for 15 minutes
12.
Pitch yeast, seal fermenter, insert airlock
