Special Instructions

Add campden tablet in boiling kettle
2.
Steep roasted barley 30min at 166F
3.
Add 2.5g of Calcium Chloride to mash water
4.
Add 4g of Calcium Sulfate to mash water
5.
Add Epsom salt 0.8g to mash water.
6.
Add Baking Soda 3g to mash water.
7.
Add Table Salt 0.5g to mash water.
8.
Add irish moss 15min before end of boil
9.
Add a can of maple syrup at flame out.
10.
Primed with maple syrup.
