Notes:

As was the proposal of a Kolsch Light. There were observing the BCJP values purposefully to achieve a very light, refreshing, light beer, and carbonating good foam 2 cm, and persistent. Bitterness (IBU) was deliberately downgraded to approximately 14. The ABV this 4.2%. One of the best beers I've ever done !!
