1.Toast the 2 lb pale malt and spread onto a sheet pan. Bake for 15 to 30 minutes in a 350°F oven. Remove from the oven, cool, and store in a paper bag for a couple weeks to mellow.
2.Make a 2 liter yeast starter 2 days before brewing.
3.Saccharification Rest 150°F 60 minutes
4.90 minute boil

This looks good... May be my next batch. I might have one in between with the 2 week mellow period on the pale malt. Nice grain bill... I happen to have 7 gallon capacity which will work out perfect for the boil size. I will have to gather up some of these ingredients as well. Cheers!!

Awesome Haybrew. This is still on my list. I am going to have to order some of the ingredients as my local brew shop has limited supplies. I love the FedX idea and the stories are always a bonus!
