Special Instructions
1.Mash at 152F for 60 Minutes, Vorlauf, and lauter
2.Batch sparge mash at 168F for 20 Minutes, Vorlauf, and lauter
3.Boil for 60 minutes adding hops per schedule
4.Cool to 75F and strain to fermenter, aerate, and pitch yeast
5.Dry hop 2 oz Mosaic for 4 days
6.Transfer to keg, add CO2 and relief, then cold crash 3 days
