Special Instructions

1.
Ferment 9-10 C until 50% attenuation. Start low, maybe as low as 8 when pitching.
2.
Increase slowly to 18 C. Remain until fully fermented.
3.
Drop temperature slowly to 10 C. Add gelatin or finings (can be skipped)
4.
Drop temperature slowly to 0 C. Remain for 5 days.
5.
Bottle or keg appropriately. Lager for minimum 5 days. Taste. Lager longer. Check if you can taste the difference.
