1.Ferment 9-10 C until 50% attenuation. Start low, maybe as low as 8 when pitching.
2.Increase slowly to 18 C. Remain until fully fermented.
3.Drop temperature slowly to 10 C. Add gelatin or finings (can be skipped)
4.Drop temperature slowly to 0 C. Remain for 5 days.
5.Bottle or keg appropriately. Lager for minimum 5 days. Taste. Lager longer. Check if you can taste the difference.
