Strike temp was to low at 30 minutes added 1.5 gallons of 190 degree water to bring up mash temp to 147, did batch sparge, sparge water was 197 it got my mash at 168 for 15 min. My grain temp must have been colder, I had it stored in the basement, should of been more patient taking the temp...
