Bottle conditioning took 3 weeks to get a good carbonation level, put in fridge for 1 week and still had a lot of haze. Good aroma not a lot of head but beer tastes good, possibly look into ways to clear it up during brewing. Good flavor and aroma over all an excellent beer, look forward to brewing in the future.
Dry hopped longer than originally thought I would, beer smells awesome, lots of fresh hop smell, tastes excellent, very fruity hoppy with a nice dry finish and slight heavy alcohol flavor, exactly what I was hoping for and looking for. Good beer to drink a few and watch football.
Had a very aggressive/active fermentation, hit high krausen at day 2 and it held strong for 2 days, at day 5 it was coming down, temps during fermentation were near 74 degrees and then after day 5 they started dropping and now it is sitting around 62. Tested gravity and I am sitting at 1.010, beer tasted very good, nice and dry and now I am going to dry hop in the primary. Plan to bottle in 5-6 days.
