1.add maple syrup and dme @boil
2.steep cherries in first runnings 8 1/2 cups for 30 minutes, strain out cherries and add wort at end of boi.
3.ferment 62-64* dry spice in secondary for 2-3 weeks.
Very good with a spiced cherry nose to it. Medium to heavy mouthfeel, taste of cherries is not overbearing, smooth hint of nutmeg, not much vanilla. All blends well and I will make this always for the holidays!
