Notes:

Really like how this is turning out. The regular batch needs more carb time, but is nice and smooth. Has a subtle coffee flavor which is really pleasant. Also sampled the oaked batch. Needs another 1/2 - 1 week to impart flavor, but adds a nice new layer to the batch.
