Notes:

It's getting much better. Same citrisy and bready taste, but with the little bit of plastic. It's nice and tart, the meaty and rubbery aftertaste as all but faded. I think the next time I open a bottle will be in April.

Notes:

It has a wonderful smell and taste. Again, however, it has a distinct meaty and rubbery aftertaste. My current thought is that it is because of yeast autolysis.
