Notes:

The bitter balanced out a bit. Very nice. Still want to roll back to 38 IBU

Notes:

It came out a bit more bitter than anticipated but since IPA's are typically my favorites, no problems there. I may roll back the first boil hops a bit to aim for a 32-35 IBU max. Overall, should mellow out but very good.
