Sierra Nevada Pale Ale with mosaic finish. I live in Spain where the original Sierra Nevada mountains are between me on the Malaga coast and Grenada. I happen to like a lightly fruit hop finish to my APA so I'm adapting to both feed an urge to experiment and drink a good home brew (rare in Spain). I'll follow up with results but if someone gives it a shot before I have the chance to, let me know.
