Notes:

Not sure what i did to my yeast to act like such an all star but it went after the sugars like they were nothing. 87% attenuation. estimated FG was 1.022, ended at 1.009. Decided to add cherries into the primary. Picked up really great color and just a hint of cherries in the background. Just transferred over to secondary and added Cinnamon, vanilla beans and coriander.
