Special Instructions
1.Mix the grain bill with 1 pound of Grape Nuts cereal.
2.Mash in 4.4 quarts of water at 131F.
3.Hold at 122F (protein rest) for 30 minutes.
4.Add 2 quarts of boiling water; temp will rise to 147F.
5.Hold at 147F for 30 minutes.
6.Add 1 quart of boiling water; temp will rise to 155F.
7.Hold at 155F for 30 minutes.
8.Heat water to 168F and sparge with sufficient water to top off to boil volume.
9.Add 1/4 tsp Irish Moss along with 10-minute hop addition.
10.Add honey to last 5 minutes of boil (I used orange blossom honey).
