Dough In- Mash Tempature Should Drop to 152F

Mash at 152F for 60 minutes

Warlauf

Empty Mash Tun into Kettle

Batch Sparge 19 Quarts of water to 169F
8.
Pre Boil gravity should be 1.043 Aprox
9.
Bring to Boil
10.
Add Bittering Hops
11.
Start 60 Minute Boil.
12.
At 45 Minutes Add Flavor Hops (15 minutes remaining)
13.
Insert Wort Chiller (15 minutes remaining)
14.
Flame Out
15.
Add Aroma Hops
16.
Let Stand 15 Minutes
17.
When Tempature is bellow 75F put in fermenter
18.
Airate Fermenter With Sanatized Wine Whip
19.
Pitch yeast
20.
Ferment 3-4 weeks at 65-70F
21.
Bottle Condition or Keg- Enjoy
