10Gal batch 1 of 2. made a 2L starter w/200gm DME with the saved yeast from the test batch. not mutch indication of activity but after apx 18 hours the SG indicates it is mostly finished. (1.040 to 1.018).

volume might have been a little high since OG was low. Everything else on brewday went smoothly. FG 1.009 ABV 4.77%
