10Gal batch 1 of 2. made a 2L starter w/200gm DME with the saved yeast from the test batch. not mutch indication of activity but after apx 18 hours the SG indicates it is mostly finished. (1.040 to 1.018).

Notes:

Racked to 2nd. Taste is good. just a bit of sweetness but balanced with hops. Fantastic color. deep brown with auburn hue. Gravity just a bit higher but with warmer mash temp this is expected and taste has sweetness desired.
