Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 12.70gallonsliters at 1.048 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.052.
You were planning on an OG of 1.052 so you are right on track. Nice job!
Racked to 2nd. Taste is good. just a bit of sweetness but balanced with hops. Fantastic color. deep brown with auburn hue. Gravity just a bit higher but with warmer mash temp this is expected and taste has sweetness desired.
