Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 2 1/2 gallons of water to mashing temperature, 150-152F - hold back 1/2 gallon.
2.
Mash at 152F for 60 minutes. pull grain to drain, and sparge with the remaining 1/2 gallon of water. Bring back to a boil.
3.
Add 0.5oz Citra hops at beginning of boil, 60 minutes.
4.
Add 0.5oz Citra hops at 10 minutes left to boil.
5.
Cool down wort to 62F and pitch yeast
6.
Ferment at 65-68F for at least 10 days to 2 weeks
7.
Keg and force carbonate, then enjoy.
