Mash at 152F for 60 minutes

Add 0.45oz Citra hops at 60 minutes

Add whirlfloc at 15 minutes

Cool down wort to 62F and pitch yeast

Ferment at 62F for 3 weeks for a more citrusy character to develop (as of yeast)
