Aeracao de mosto por aprox 1min30seg (nao precisa se usar a CN36) Levedura CN36 (1,5 pacote) 5g de fermocel ja junto com a hidratacao da levedura em 300ml (100ml pra 10 litros de 200 ml pra 20 litros) Iniciar fermentacao a 17-18.5 C (segundo fabricante fica pronto em 4 dias a 18C) Apos 3 dias aumentar para 20C-21.5
