Special Instructions

Mash at 82C for half an hour Lactic acid added PH5.4

Sparge with $lts water at 85C

Boil half an hour
4.
Hop Stand @ 80C for 10 mins
5.
Yeast pitched with Pure Brew 18C SG1.019 - slow start to fermentation.

Slow fermentation
7.
Racked on April 3rd.SG1.014
8.
200gm Cara Amber, 100gm Aromatic, 100gm Vienna 50gm, Cara Rye and 50gm Malted Oats
9.
Above soaked in 2lts Spring water for 10 hours
10.
120 gms dry hops added 21st April.
11.
Cold soaked grain water added after boiling with Gervin yeast for bottling.
12.
Bottled on 25th April with carbonation drops to prime. SG1.014
