Special Instructions

No starter. Just packets added at 70 degrees

Split batch - ended up with 4.5 in each. 1060 gravity.

Simmered and froze with equal water - 2 pounds mayhaws and zest/juice 4 oranges.

Will add Mayhaw to saison batch by pouring in directly after 1.5 weeks fermentation

Begin boil as soon as a wort is being collected in the kettle.

Use PVA adapter bag to add hops and avoid trub.
