Special Instructions
1.No starter. Just packets added at 70 degrees
2.Split batch - ended up with 4.5 in each. 1060 gravity.
3.Simmered and froze with equal water - 2 pounds mayhaws and zest/juice 4 oranges.
4.Will add Mayhaw to saison batch by pouring in directly after 1.5 weeks fermentation
5.Begin boil as soon as a wort is being collected in the kettle.
6.Use PVA adapter bag to add hops and avoid trub.
