Notes:
Very good. Smoke comes through well, but could be a bit more. Maybe 25% of malt bill next time. Carbination is a bit low but was aiming a bit lower for the style. The all magnum hopping turned out fine...Balanced and clean with minimal hop aroma to allow the smoke to be prevalent.

Originally going to use 1 oz of Hallertau hops at 5 min. Got distracted and added the other .5 oz of Magnum at 3 min by mistake. Decided to cut my losses and leave the Hallertau out. Should be fine I would think.
